RISAL users may request deletion of their personal information at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, please send an email to:

Please include:

• Your name used in RISAL.
• Your email address used in RISAL.
• A request stating that you would like your data deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Name
• Email Address
• Quiz participation records
• Quiz scores and rankings associated with your account information

Data Retention

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Certain information may be retained if required by law, security requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
